1.work -life balance:The firm's human resources department should consult with each and every employee. They must inquire as to what motivates employees to join them and how satisfied they are with the company thus far. They must discover issues that undermine employee attachment and areas where the company can improve.
2.values: Organisation must understand their employees' values. It is necessary to investigate whether the values of both the organisation and the employee are compatible. If they discover that the firm's value has been reduced, they should take immediate action. As a result, the employee-employer relationship can be preserved.
3.additional pay and allowances for additional work or overtime : Employees should be fairly compensated for any extra work they do for the company. Then only workers will feel the company is considering them. On the other hand, this shows the gratitude of the organization.
4.work load: Every quarter, the company should assess the employees' workload and issue an open report. They should include suggestions from all employees in the report to reduce the workload.
