Meetings are a key component to most organizations operations. A 2017 article in the Harvard Business Review, however, pointed out the challenges facing most company meetings. 182 senior managers were surveyed. The study revealed that 65% or respondents felt meeting kept them from completing their own work. 71% viewed meetings as unproductive and inefficient, and 62% felt that meetings failed to build team connections.
