Mel owns a candy store into which Walter, Janice, and Ben enter looking for some sweets. Mel has seven signs all over the store telling customers not to try to climb or reach for high candy but to ask Mel to get things for them. While Mel is showing Walter some candy boxes, Janice sees her favorite candy bars stacked high and tries to climb up to get them. Meanwhile, Ben enjoys some hot coco which is free to customers and speaks with his cousin Alice who lives in Texas via zoom on his phone. Suddenly, Janice slips and falls, breaking leg and giving out a loud scream. Ben is so startled by the scream that he spills hot coffee on his face and is severely burned. Seeing Ben in pain, Alice faints in her house and hits her head on a counter. While all this is going on, Walter, seeing Mel so distracted, grabs two candy boxes and runs out the door without paying for them. Mel chases Walter for three blocks and throws a brick at him but Walter jumps out of the way and the brick hits Helen in the face. What are the rights of the parties and why?
