DATE: November 23, 20-- SUBJECT: Preliminary List for Awards As you know, our annual Awards Program will be held on Feb. 3 with the dinner starting at 6 pm. We anticipate that the program will last from 6:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. A major part of the program will be the presentation of awards to various individuals and several departments. One category of individual awards is for those who have worked at the company for 25 or more years. Please review the records of all employees and prepare a list according to the following categories: 1. employed for 25 years 2. employed for 30 years 3. employed for 35 or more years Our plan is to give a wristwatch to those employees with 25 years. Those with 30 years will receive a piece of crystal glass, and those with 35 years will receive a miniature sculpture. In addition to identifying ea. person, we need a brief biographical sketch that can be printed in the program. Please contact each awardee to help you prepare a brief paragraph or two about his or her years here at ACME. Finally
