X is working for a construction company to do snow plowing and grass cutting and some maintenance for parking lot> X meets once a week with his supervisor to discuss tasks to be completed. X is paid a flat rate by a weekly cheque from the Accounts payable department and can also submit receipts to be reimbursed. X can seek help of assistants, uses their own small tools but they also use the company's big equipment.
