Meor was very happy that he won a contract for 2023 and 2024, constructing chalets for RoD Resort. Since this project can be done by others ; Meor has to ensure that their customer, that is RoD is satisfied with their product and service. Meor has called his team for a meeting to discuss on their business sustainability with RoD Resort. The result of the meeting are as follows:

1) Meor needed to confirm their company competitive advantage. As the owner he cannot take things for granted. He asked you to lead the discussion on this and report back in a week's time. After a week you and your team had proposed the competitive advantage to Meor. You are to share here your proposal of the competitive advantage and its strategies.
