MGMT 3059 Client Profile - Part 2 You have just gotten off of the phone with Elizabeth Fernandez and have had a very productive conversation. Elizabeth has made mention of some anxiety around finances moving forward as a single mom . Her job is secure so she is not concerned about income, in fact she added that her bonus is usually about 20% of her salary annually and her stock in the company valued at 50,000 today grows by 10% of her salary each year as well , it is a share purchase plan. She does however wonder what to do about the house . She thinks she may be able to handle the payments but she wonders about the workload of job, house and kids on her own
