2. Please review the 2023 Annual Report of the company (Form 10-K) - the first 38 pages to

familiarize yourself with the information provided there. Check the company's US

website, under Investor Relations.

3. Be sure that you have a solid grasp of these topics as they relate to the company: business

model; business strategy; implementation of business strategy in the areas of store

operations management, marketing management, human resources management, and

the corporate culture of the company
