MGMT Pool Boss is a company that provides pool cleaning and maintenance services on the island. Staff members drive to customers to complete various cleaning and maintenance tasks. Certain parishes are visited on specific days of the week. In other words, service crews would work in St. George on Mondays, St. Mary on Wednesdays, and so on. Typically, a customer requests a service which is logged in the system and later assigned a staff member and service date. After visiting the customer, a member of the staff makes a note of the date that the service was completed. These notes are returned to the office in the evening when the crew returns, and the system is updated by a clerical officer. As a new manager with the company, you wish to check the system to analyze the efficiency of the business, report your findings, and make possible recommendations at the upcoming management meeting.
