Each person must speak verbally to their leadership role & why that role was chosen.

Situation:

Leading healthcare provider General Health System (GHS) in the thriving metropolis of Medville is battling a serious organisational problem that jeopardises patient safety and operational effectiveness. The introduction of a new electronic health record (EHR) system, which aims to modernise and streamline the process of delivering healthcare, is the main source of the issue.

The issue arose when GHS made the decision to switch from outdated paper-based medical records to an advanced electronic health record (EHR) system in an effort to improve patient care overall, increase communication, and lower mistakes. But the shift has proven to be difficult, and the company is currently dealing with a prescription dilemma that might have far-reaching effects.
