> The question I asked during the presentation: In your opinion, what are the advantages of the 7s framework?

> Answer from presenter: The 7s framework actually help set organization workout on why needs to do, what they needs to do and what they need to implement in order to go to the direction that they want to go to. Because the framework is all broken down, so it's actually helps to bring in various department processes in sink together, so that is one of the benefits and also it helps to align departments processes and softer issues. So whenever there's any soft alignment that need to be adjusted, we can build in a better vision and then organization can achieve the desired outcome that they would like.
