Healthcare leaders need to have interaction beginning at the local level leaders who take the conversation to the State leaders, who then voice all concerns and dialogue at a national level to hopefully evoke change. There must be continuous conversations with all parties from healthcare to our legislative leaders. According to LinkedIn elected officials are encouraged to create dialogue concerning local healthcare, healthcare leaders must attend community health meetings conducted by public health organizations. $($LinkedIn$)$

Example of a medical issue that should still be voiced is Covid$-19$ because it still exists and is affecting many people today. Ways to control; the spread of the virus needs a voice. At every local. state, or government meeting the issue of zzcovid$-19$ needs to be brought up along with the spin off viruses and what are we as a country going to do to stay healthy. From the President of the United States all the way down there needs to be dialogue that leads to action to keep people safe and to avoid another pandemic and the loss of so many lives.

The innovative demand in healthcare increases due to the added viruses and illnesses. Hospitals must implement new services for the magnitude of patients coming to the facilities now. "Most innovative idea feels weird at first in large corporations, because they tend to cut across normal workplace habits and practices according to the study."
