The area in my career that I have identified where I can execute more effectively is the delegating task aspect. When I have task, I don$$t have trouble distributing the task.$$I do tend to take on task that may be of a certain importance or time sensitive for myself, to eliminate the possibly of rework. By always taking on these task, I cripple my team by having them miss out on the opportunity to develop their full potential. What I have learn during this course, I have to trust my team this will help them develop skills and grow professionally. Atanacio $(2020),$ "How well you delegate is directly reflected in how empowered your employees feel, which strengthens their skills, their decision$-$making abilities and, ultimately, their productivity $($para$.1)."$ Delegating task effectively can minimize stress and burnout for the leader and the team.$$As well allows me as a leader to focus on other tasking. If something has a level or important or time sensitive just set expectation that give you and team a clear understanding of the task. Effective delegation can empower your team, build trust, and enable job satisfaction.

An area I can execute more effectively when I am at work at is to divide long term and short term goals. Setting goals is a perfect step in order to help focus and perform well in the work place. There are team projects and individual ones. Ways to help with goals are to divide long term goals into short term ones that are more achievable, write down a checklist, and create a vision board to make it easier. $($Bert$,2023)$

What I learned in the course that would help me be successful in leadership is that there are so many traits to being a successful leader. Whether the person is born to lead to is made, they all have the qualities that make a good leader. They even self improve and focus on areas where they can develop to make them better leaders such as clear communication since they always need to improve on it and feel like they need to improve on it every time they come into work. $($Bert$,2023)$
