Part 1: Relating CRM back to corporate mission, vision and goals

How does the company utilize CRM to meet their goals? You will want to note the company mission, vision, goals and then identify how their CRM program helps meet those goals.

Part 2: Personal Application

Describe at least one situation in which you recognized either a technology component or loyalty component of the company's CRM program that we have discussed in this course. Relate this experience back to at least two of the following concepts from the course: Customer Lifetime Value, Customer Databases & Analytics, Loyalty Programs and Segments, Customer Centricity and/or Social CRM.
