In a market survey it is observed that the market demand curve for Nescafe in a locality in Pune city is D = 200 - 2P, where D is quantity demanded per month, P is price of 50 grams packet of Nescafe. The supply curve is S = 3P, where S is the quantity supplied per month. a) Find the price elasticity of demand if due to change in price to Rs. 50, the new demand of quantity become 60. b) Also find the nature of products and will you suggest this changes ? Explain your views. (10 Marks)
