Microsoft issued bonds for the first time in 2009. Since then it has issued bonds multiple times. Collect information on its bonds: what the coupon rates are, whether there are any special provisions (such as callability or convertibility), what the maturity is, and what its yields are. 

Discuss why Microsoft issues bonds despite a large amount of cash holdings. Apple also does the same thing, i.e. issues bonds worth billions of dollars despite holding a large amount of cash. Can you compare this with Microsoft? Discuss whether these bond issues affect stocks in any way
