The Chat-A-While phone company provides service to six area codes and charges the per-minute rates for phone calls shown in Figure 6-25 (see below). Design a GUI program (Windows Form Application) named ChatAWhile that stores the area codes and rates in 2 parallel arrays and allows a user to enter an area code and the length of time for a call in minutes. Once the user clicks the submit button, clear the textboxes, and display output labels that contain the following info: area code entered, length of time entered, and total cost of the call.
