Instructions

Calculate and display the membership charges for an applicant joining a Recreational Club.

The Club charges all fees by the month, and offers basic memberships plus special tennis and golf options.

The basic membership fees are:

Group Monthly Fee

Single Child(below 18) $10.00

Single Adult(18 & above) $20.00

Family $45.00

Senior (over 62) $30.00

Display the above table as a menu, then have the applicant enter a choice from the menu.

Use a "switch" statement to determine the applicant's membership fee.

Have the applicant enter his/her full name, and then enter the number of months for the membership (minimum 3 months and maximum 24 months). Validate that the applicant's entry is within the boundaries, and calculate the membership charge.

Then have the applicant select a special option by entering T for tennis ($15.00 per month), G for golf($25.00 per month), B for both tennis and golf($20.00 per month), or N for no special option or charge. Calculate the special charge.

Calculate the applicant's total charge.

The Club offers a 10% discount on its membership charge if the applicant enrolls for 12 months or more. Calculate the discount amount on the membership charge, apply it to the total charge, and calculate the final net charge.
