The basic membership fees are:
Group Monthly Fee
Single Child(below 18) $10.00
Single Adult(18 & above) $20.00
Family $45.00
Senior (over 62) $30.00

Then have the applicant select a special option by entering T for tennis ($15.00 per month), G for golf($25.00 per month), B for both tennis and golf($20.00 per month), or N for no special option or charge. Calculate the special charge.
Calculate the applicant's total charge.
The Club offers a 10% discount on its membership charge if the applicant enrolls for 12 months or more. Calculate the discount amount on the membership charge, apply it to the total charge, and calculate the final net charge.
