Mike has been a lifelong real estate investor; in fact, he still has property commercial property owned in-indivision with his first wife. Mike has five children from his first marriage: Peter born in 1979, Raymond born in 1982, Stan born in 1986, Theresa born in 1989, and Wendy born in 1990. Wanting his kids to invest in real estate, he owns at least one piece of commercial property with each child.

He married his second wife Debra a professional realtor, on January 1, 2005. Throughout this marriage he and Debra have actively invested in real estate.

In the latter portion of 2008 Mike discovered Debra had an affair with his best "fiend" Dirk Diggler causing he and Debra to separate. During this separation he met Muffy Dollaride. Seeking comfort and solace he and Muffy had a torrid relationship cumulating in the birth of a daughter Clementine, born December 31, 1999. The pregnancy came as a shock to Mike seeing that he had undergone a vasectomy in 1990.

Although Mike has never acknowledged Clementine as his daughter, Muffy was able to secure a judgement declaring him to be Clementine's father. River Walk Apartments owned with Stan,

River Bend Apartments owned with Theresa, and

River Set Apartments owned with Wendy

Mike and his 1st wife Dolly executed a prenup ensuring all properties remained his separate property.

During his first marriage Mike and Dolly started Starter Wife Property Group, LLC., of which Mike has a 50% interest. During that marriage Starter Wife Property Group accumulated and "continues" to operate.

  1. An additional real estate portfolio worth $10,000,000 under Starter Wife Property Group.
  2. Starter Wife Property Group also purchased a standalone building once used as a Rite Aid store worth $2,000,000.
  3. 5 additional commercial properties with a total worth of $4,000,000

During his marriage to Debra, the couple Black Hole Property Inc. Black Hole Property has accumulated and "continues" to operate.

  1. An additional real estate portfolio worth $20,000,000.
  2. Black Hole Property also purchased a standalone building once used as a Piccadilly Cafeteria for $3,000,000.

Mike was a bit of a slum lord in the beginning and has had many suits and subsequent judgments recorded against him.
