THE PROJECT
You have been hired as the project manager to plan all activities associated with merging and consolidating these two companies. The major deliverables of this project include a new corporate location (CL), purchasing and moving furniture and equipment (F&E), set up information systems (IS), and design and launch a new website (WS). This project must be completed six months from todays date. The project has two initial budgets: $500,000 to perform all tasks related to labor costs for the planning effort only (this budget does not include the financing required to procure and set up the facilities or buy equipment and furniture), and $10,000 for the design and creation of a new website.
ASSUMPTIONS AND CONSTRAINTS
- Assume the following Finish-to-Start relationships must be adhered to for the listed tasks:
