Millie and her sister played a game of paintball at an outdoor paintball facility named Goose River Paintball. Goose River Paintball has signs all over the property with the words "Play at your own risk". During their game a large plastic barrier (which was not securely fastened to the ground) falls on Millie causing her to get a concussion.
