You have an extensive video collection and friends are constantly borrowing your videos. You have decided to create a database to track who borrows your movies and when they return them.

Create a new database file by doing the following:

Decide how many fields you will need to track your video collection, those who borrow the videos and when the videos are returned.

Decide how many tables you will need and which fields should go in each table.

Create the tables with the appropriate fields. Make sure to adjust the field length accordingly. [25 points]

Make sure you can indicate which videos are VHS, DVD or Blue-ray. [5 points]

Properly relate the tables. [10 points]

Enter data for five videos and 5 times when someone borrowed a video. [15 points]

Create one form to display data. Note: this can be based on any of your tables. Make sure the form has been formatted for a professional look. [20 points]

Create one report to display data. Note: this can be based on any of your tables. Make sure the report has been formatted for a professional look. [20 points]

Save the database as MiniCapstone1-XXX.aacdb. Note: the XXX are your initials. [5 points]
