MK Land is projecting its cash inflows for the 3^rd Quarter of 2023. The sales volume for the 2^nd Quarter were as follows:

The projected sales for the 3rd and 4th Quarter are on the upward trend of 10% month on month, except for the month of December, which is expected to decrease by 20%. The average selling price is RM60.00, which 40% sales on cash basis. The credit sales will be collected 30 days after (45%); 60 days after (42%); and the balance of 12% is 90 days after. The balance is deemed to be a default.
