Model the flanged fitting with AISI 304 Stainless Steel. Finish is 'AS-MACHINED' The base is 6" in diameter and 3/4" thick. The 'snouts' or 'protrusions' are 3.5" in diameter and the total height of the part is 3". The hole through the center is 2" in diameter. The ring grooves are 5/16" wide by 5/32" deep with 1/32 fillets in the bottom of the groove. They are located with the outer edges of the grooves 1/8" from the ends of the part. The holes are clearance holes for 3/8" bolts. They are located on a 4.75" diameter bolt circle and are evenly spaced. Each end of the main hole is chamfered 1/16" x 45, the same as the outer most top edges of the base flange. There are 1/8" fillets at the base of the protrusion.
