A student wants to apply to a local company. To do this, they first write an application and send it off. After receipt of the application, the company will confirm receipt by sending a confirmation of receipt to the applicant. The company then examines the application. The applicant is either suitable (then continue with (1)) or unsuitable (then continue with (2)).

(1) If the applicant is suitable, he will be invited to an interview. The company sends an invitation to the applicant asking them to confirm the appointment. After receiving the invitation, the applicant checks whether he can attend the appointment.

If there are no appointment conflicts for the applicant, they confirm the appointment and send an appointment confirmation to the company. The process ends after receipt of the appointment confirmation.

If, on the other hand, the applicant is unable to attend, he requests a new appointment and sends a change request to the company. After receiving the change request, the company reschedule the interview and sends the new date to the applicant. He has to check again whether he can keep the appointment. Here, too, the process ends as soon as the applicant has confirmed an appointment.

(2) If the applicant is unsuitable, the company will send a rejection letter to the applicant. After receiving the rejection, the process ends.
