MODELS FOR STRATEGIC DECISION MAKING
5.1 Calculate the skills set index of each player.
5.3 Define a variable for every attribute and every measure under every attribute on
the list. Let these variables represent SMART scores. Then write down the value
function z that represents the skills set index of each player, first as the total
weighted SMART score of all the attributes, and then as the total weighted SMART
score of all the measures.
5.4 Draw a tree structure diagram that illustrates the hierarchy between the measures
and attributes that make up the skills set index.
5.5 Assume that every branch of the tree is assigned an equal weight on every level of the
hierarchy. Suppose two more measures are added under the attribute Endurance.
Describe what effect these extra measures will have on the weights of the leaves in
the tree structure.
5.6 Design a meaningful algebraic SMART scoring function for the measure percentage
of breakpoints won. Draw a graph of this function, clearly indicating the scale on
each axis. Justify all chosen values and shapes.

I already found the skills set index number for each player which is the average score for example for player Pule Morena =(93+77+97+91)/4=89.5
Thabo Mokoto =(75+93+75+77)/4=80
