Read Case #20 Robin Hood (page C-362 in the text).Scenario: Since you are the most trusted (and most educated) advisor to this "CEO", with knowledge about crafting and implementing effective strategies; he has called upon you to advise him on how to proceed in light of the situation (discussed in the case).The "CEO" (Robin in this case) is expecting the following (do or die; so....prepare your answers in detail):

  1. List and explain the key issues that must be addressed (minimum of4*).

  1. List the current mission statement and discuss why the mission must shiftor justify why the current mission serves this "organization."Ifthe mission must shift, establish the new mission statement and provide the argument to justify your proposed new mission. (Carefully evaluate this section since it sets the tone for all other areas of analysis.).Further, discuss the vision that must beestablished.

  1. Prepare a SWOT analysis (minimum of 4* elements for each component,with explanations for each; include in the "T" section the "ultimatethreat").

  1. Develop a list of specific performance objectives along with the criteria to measure each (minimum of 4*).

  1. Prioritize this list and provide the recommendations on how to implement each, detailing the action plan forthis "organization" topursue.
