Mona offered to sell a bungalow worth RM1 million to Allen for RM500, 000-00 only. She promised to transfer the title to Allen upon settlement of the full amount. A week later when Allen was about to pay the price, Mona informed him that she would not proceed with the offer because the consideration was inadequate.
