Monitoring Project Performance. Please respond to the following:

• Consider two (2) projects in which you have been involved (work related or personal projects).
• For each project, identify which of the project monitoring approaches described in the textbook would have been the most appropriate to use in monitoring project performance and describe why.
• Describe which type of monitoring system was actually used in each of the projects you discussed.
• Assess how well the system that was used worked for the given project.
