Most of modern power plant grind their coal to an average particle size of about 100 um prior to combustion process. In general, a typical coal power plant produced 10 wt% of ash. Particles as small as 1 um are regularly found in coal fly ash. This created a serious impact on public health, since over exposure could cause respiratory and cardiac problems. According to the above-mentioned problem, integrate the existing primary particulates control devices into an innovative process to have an efficient system in minimizing the emission of coal fly ash to environment.
