1. Most of the people in this country lives in rural areas and employed in agro sector. A vast majority doesnt have formal education and detached from financial infrastructure and most cases dont even have TIN and credit score. For financing purpose, they go to loan sharks and micro credit lenders and many of these entities are considered as predatory lenders. You need to give a 15 points policy directive to the government on how to bring these people within the conventional banking structure and simultaneously eliminate predatory lenders.
