MOVEWISE APPLICATION SCENARIO (Read the following question first, then read the scenario below.)

You have the role of business analyst in a technology company that provides tailor-made technological infrastructures. Your new customer is a transportation company called "Home-to-Home", which has an operation center in Bursa, which has decided to move its services to mobile in order to keep up with the digital age. The company team conveyed their dream product and current working style to you, and the application called MoveWise was implemented as follows, along with other technical details mentioned:

1. Customers will be able to reserve the service they want from the company by logging into the mobile reservation system of the company. For this, customers will be able to choose how many vehicles they request with different capacities (by seeing and evaluating these vehicle segments and capacities (volume/weight)) over MoveWise. In addition, they choose the address information and the date they want to receive the transport service (as the starting date/time of the service).

2. In the light of this information, the system first calculates the capacity requirement, this capacity calculation actually enables the customer to calculate the fee to be issued in MoveWise.

3. If all of the vehicles requested as a result of the capacity calculation can be available under the requested conditions, an appointment confirmation message will be shown to the customer on MoveWise.

4. If there is not enough capacity on the requested date, then MoveWise determines (calculates) the earliest date when there is suitable capacity according to the specified requirements and shows it to the customer as a suggestion along with the price.

5. The customer may accept this suggestion (appointment confirmation message) or request a recalculation from the system by revising the first entered requirement details. All transactions made by the customer will be provided by the interactions between the MoveWise APP client and the company's operational system (Backend). If the customer wishes to confirm the reservation, he/she is directed to the payment step, where he/she confirms the service contract and completes the payment by credit card.

6. In the payment step, another service provider's infrastructure called PayFuse is used, and the finalized reservations are recorded in the company's operational system and can be tracked by the customer through MoveWise. The customer can cancel a prepaid reservation with a 15% penalty within 20 days and request a full refund for the first payment (e.g. to cancel a $100 appointment, the customer pays an additional $15 and the $100 is refunded to the customer, these requests can be made online immediately. takes place).

7. In addition, Push notification and/or SMS are sent to customers from MoveWise 3 days before the transportation time and 1 hour before the vehicles arrive at the door. For these notifications, the customer must have approved the communication preferences on the application.

8. Capacity Control and Price Calculation: The loading/unloading times and departure/arrival times (at average speed) of the requested service will be inputs to the capacity (slot) control. The company can transport 24/7. Not vehicle costs, but worker (driver and transporter) costs may differ in 3 shifts determined based on the time of departure (from the operation centre); these:

shift (1) = 8:00 am to 16:00 pm // shift (2) = 16:00 pm - 24:00 pm // shift (3) = 24:00 at night 8:00 in the morning shifts (unit hourly labor costs are v1

Question 6: PayFuse sends a collective progress payment (EFT) to the Home-to-Home company with a 10-day maturity (11th day), with a 10% service cut. Service interruption is not reflected for cancellations (on the other hand, cancellations from progressed transactions are deducted from the progress payment of the current period). The data for the first two periods that started to work with PayFuse company are as follows. Accordingly, PayFuse made an EFT of $7695 to Evden-Eve on the 18th of the month. How much EFT will he do on the 28th? (You can analyze the data by exporting it to Excel - the answer is an integer).
