For each of the Deliverables there are risks provided, figure out risk tracking. In other words, how the risks identified will be tracked throughout the project and how new risks may be identified once the project has started. This includes:

1. How the team will handle changes to your risk management strategies as the project advances

2. How the team will identify new risks as the project advances

3. Process to follow to communicate, analyze, prepare and respond to these new risks identified or risk changes throughout the project. (How it will be handled, who is responsible, etc)
