Mr. A wanted to sell his car which was 8 years old, which was facing some technical defects in the engine. He approached a garage mechanic who ultimately after due investigation informed Mr. A that the defect is irreparable. Mr. A approached Mr. C a very dear friend of him and influenced him to buy his car at a price of Rs. 2,50,000/-. However when Mr. C questioned about the condition of the car Mr. A convinced him on the looks and comfort of the same but remained silent on the aspect of the defective engine.
