Mrs Banda was a teacher by profession, but never worked since getting married to Mr Banda because Mr Banda was a very wealthy farmer and he believed that a woman's place was in the house. However, with the passage of time, they have grown apart, have nothing in common and do not communicate. Mrs Banda is no longer happy in the marriage. Mrs Banda was reading the case of Somanje v Somanje  came across the statement which reads, 'Unhappiness in marriage is not a ground for divorce' Mrs Banda does not want to continue in the marriage and is considering divorce. She approaches you for advice regarding divorce on the ground that she is no longer happy in the marriage.
