The department consists of five operations and two accounting teams, each member specialized in their field. The operations team performs the standard procedures (entering the load information into the database, creating the standard forms related to the load) after performing the cargo related operations. In a performance analysis conducted in the department, it was seen that the percentage of work done compared to the number of personnel is quite low. Mr. Ayhan, who is in close contact with the employees, realizes that the operation team spends most of their time while performing standard procedures. Known for his innovative ideas. Mr. Ayhan thinks that performing works consisting of standard procedures with a new team will speed up business processes. For this purpose, it decides to establish a documentation team. With the choices made by the human resources department, it creates the documentation team by choosing two people from each operation team. During the first five months, the efficiency of the department increases as expected and this is reflected in customer satisfaction. However, after the sixth month, problems with the loads begin to arise, and in the eighth month, the efficiency of the department is significantly reduced compared to its previous state. Upon this. Mr. Ayhan decides to hold a six-week seminar every week on Friday afternoon to explain what needs to be done to each team. While all team members participate in the seminar in the first two weeks, there is a limited number of participation in the seminars in the other weeks.
