appointed by IT Solutions $($M$)$ Sdn Bhd to serve the company for a period of six years

commencing on $3$ October $2017,$ the date of his first arrival in Malaysia. He left Malaysia

permanently on $24$ October $2023,$ three weeks after his contract ended. His pattern of stay

was as follows:

Mr$.$ Christoph had an accident on $1$ June $2023,$ and had undergone medical treatment for four

months in Austria. After the treatment, he came back to Malaysia to complete his work.
