Mr John Rodgers a travel agent arrived at Ottawa international airport. He picked up his luggage and found the limo for the chateau cat hotel he gave his luggage and laptop computer to the driver and asked that they be given to the bell staff of the hotel. Mr Rodgers than proceeded to the chateau upon arrival the clerk informed him that room was not available but that a reservation had been made at the lord buff across the street. They further informed him that his luggage was already at the lord buff. The luggage never arrived at the guests room and he is suing the limo. The chateau, the lord buff and chez Trudeau for recovery.
