i.The company pays N280,000 per annum on his accommodation and provides him with an official car which has a market value of N8,000,000;
ii.He spent N60,000 on his aged father and N78,000 on his aged mother. Both have no source of income due to old age, He was retired on 31 December 2015 and was paid a gratuity of N3,000,000
