Mr. Lim is the owner of Family Mart. He has 15 workers to do variety job responsibility. Every morning the employee is required to punch card as a proved of their attendance. Inside the punch card, the employee need to write down their name, time in and the month of the work. The employee need to keep the punch card by themselves and submit the punch card to account clerk once in every 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks, Mr. Lim will approve the punch card and any overtime recorded in the punch card will approved verbally. Account clerk or shop supervisor whoever is free will need to prepare the cheque based on the amount that recorded in payroll master document. Once the cheques is complete, the cheque will distribute manually by account clerk to supervisor to subsequent distribution to employees.
