Mr Okoth has a building which he has rented to Mr. Otieno in Milimani estate in Kisumu County. In the rented building, Mr. Otieno is offering clothing business that is worth Ksh650,000 .Recently a fire broke out and destroyed his property and the loss was estimated to be Ksh320,000. Otieno had insured his clothing business with two insurance companies. Company A covered Ksh 350, 000 and Company B Ksh 300,000. Company B indemnified Mr Otieno a total loss of Ksh320, 000 so that he can revive his business.
