Show the customer that buying more WET dog or cat food can save them more by generating an appropriate table

1 - 4 cans --> normal price

5 - 10 cans --> take $0.03 off the price of each can

11 - 15 cans --> take $0.04 off the price of each can

16+ cans --> take $0.05 off the price of each can

To create the table, you can use one of the following two methods ONLY:

1. echo all the HTML needed for the table, and have your entire file be inside php tags.

2. Have the table in HTML and put short php scripts into the table data (the short php scripts will just echo the variable values)
