Mr. Potato brand potato crisps producer Kilang Makanan Sdn Bhd. Had been established in the year 1995 as a foreign trade company. After the Asian economic crisis in the late 90ies they had manage to purchase two factory and started to produce dairy products in Malaysia. After years they decided to invest on farming industry in Pakistan and Bangladesh where the land prices are cheap and climate is suitable for raising such products. They had purchased 100,000 acres of field and started to crop some agricultural products for local and international markets. In 2018 they have started to produce potato crisps in Selangor factory. The main raw materials were palm oil, potatoes, some spices, sugar and salt. Based on this information;

1- Draw a global supply chain flow chart for them which shows their different levels of suppliers/distribution channel intermediaries.

2- Identify the supply chain operations and bring minimum three different business processes under these supply chain operations (source-make-delivery).
