Mr. Rahim has decided to start his own business. It is necessary for him to find a premise. He sees a detached house on the market for RM200,000. After having viewed the property, he decides to make a bid for the property RM150,000 only. The seller states clearly however that he will only accepts RM180,000. Mr. Rahim then sees another property on the market for RM250,000. He offers the asking price and is accepted 'subject to contract'. However, a week later the seller of the first property contacts Mr. Rahim again states that he has reconsidered and now happy to accept his bid for RM150,000. i. Determine offering of contract between Mr. Rahim and the first seller. (5 marks) ii. Investigate the seller has a right to sue Mr. Rahim or not based on your justification. (8 marks)
