Mr. Saleh is a resident single person who owns a rented building in the city of Amman, with an annual income rent of JD 80,000 in 2020. The following amounts were paid on the property during the year 2020: JD 800 maintenance expense, JD 8000 building and land tax (Al-Musakfat), JD 3,000 depreciation expense, JD 1600 Al-Maref Tax and JD 2,400 sewage expense.

In addition to that, on 10/8/2020 Salah received a cash prize of JD 1500 from one of the biggest malls in Amman, where 15% of the cash prize was deducted by the Mall and was transferred to to the Income and Sales Tax Department on 18/8/2020.
