Mr. Samuel Akoto Mensah has just been appointed as the Municipal chief executive of Maame Dede municipal Assembly in the Eastern Region. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Mensah was a Mathematics teacher at Have Senior high school in the Volta Region. Mr. Mensah who has no knowledge in Public Sector Accounting and Finance has appointed you as his personal assistant on issues in accounting and finance in the municipal assembly. Your First assignment is to organize one day personal workshop for him on matters which will help him to understand practical issues relating to public sector accounting and finance in the assembly which will help him execute his function effectively as the Municipal Chief executive
