Mr. Williams is part of the management board of Huffman Group. He is responsible for overseeing order management and addressing issues in the core process the O 2 C (order to cash) process. AFter hiring external consultants the process didn't improve significantly as the transparency level didn't allow it. The huffman borad members are facing these issues and are aware that a sluggish or complicated O2C process can result in lost revenue, lost customer, reputation damage or even compliance issues.
