Mrs Musambachime Nsemukila is a Hotel Manageress with Silver line Hotels situated in the lower Zambezi, where she lives with her husband in what may be described as "in the ordinary way" Mr Musambachime is deeply in love with his wife and provides her with sufficient money to spend every month on clothes with a caveat "please this is sufficient no further credit on me" which clothes she orders from " You Live Once Fashons" outlet renowned for quality and excellence owned by Mr Malingose Daka a self- styled tycoon. The clothes are conceded by all sides to be needs as opposed to wants, put differently necessaries. The family does not run a regular house hold because Silver-Line Hotels supplies their food and shelter. Upon being served with the bill, Mrs Musambachime fails to pay prompting Mr Malingose Daka to seek legal advice from you claiming that at the time she got the clothes in issue she retorted "I need these clothes Musambachime will not fail to pay the bill after all I'm a married person."
