Ms. Hall is a member of a religious cult that worships on Friday evenings from 6 to midnight. In her current position with a major company, this is not a problem. Ms. Hall has built up enough seniority that she does not work every Friday and Saturday. The company offers Ms. Hall a promotion. It will increase her salary by over $20 and she will receive many other perks. Without checking further, Ms. Hall accepts. Once she begins her new job, Ms. Hall discovers that she will now be required to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Her days off will now be Monday and Tuesday. This is since Ms. Hall is now the lowest in seniority in her new position. She goes to her boss and states, "I must have Friday and Saturday off on each week." The boss tells her. "So sad, too bad. Our union contract requires us to follow seniority rules." Ms. Hall now contacts Ms. Curtis who has gone on and become a highly successful employment attorney. (We are all pleasantly surprised by this development.) Ms. Curtis assigns you the responsibility for preparing a short summary of Ms. Hall's legal rights.

From the information provided above, explain and decide if Ms. Hall can sue the company and on what legal basis?
