The start of the project is 1997/05/06. Set the environment to: 40-hour week, 5 working days per week, and the working day starts at 9 am. Account for any nonworking times and Public Holidays, as applicable to NSW.

Question: (a). View the Resource Graph and note any over-allocations. Generate a report for each of the resources concerned, to clearly show over-allocations. If a particular resource is not showing any over-allocations, make sure to identify them in the report as such.

(b) . Investigate appropriate levelling options (e.g. MS Project default options, bringing in additional resources, working overtime) under each of the two scenarios: (i) time-constrained and (ii) resource-constrained. Note their effects on the project duration and cost? Produce Gantt Charts after levelling for each case to include in report.
